Personal Information Hydra Processes
In the normal course of using the Hydra Service, Customers will input electronic data into the Hydra systems (“Customer Data”). Hydra may access Customer Data for the purposes of providing the Service, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, responding to support issues, responding to Customer’s instructions or as may be required by law, in accordance with the relevant agreement between Customer and Hydra.
Hydra processes Customer Data under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct control or ownership of the personal data it processes. Customers are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the data to Hydra for processing purposes.
An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct his or her query to the Hydra Customer (the Service Manager). If the Customer requests Hydra to remove the personal data to comply with data protection regulations, Hydra will respond to their request as soon as possible. Customer also has the configuration ability to delete and amend certain Customer Data as they see fit.
Hydra will refer any request for disclosure of personal data by a law enforcement authority to the Customer. Hydra may, where it concludes that it is legally obligated to do so, disclose personal data to law enforcement or other government authorities. Hydra will notify Customer of such request unless prohibited by law.
Except as otherwise disclosed in the Terms of Service, Hydra retains the information we receive as described in this Privacy Statement for as long as your account is not deleted or as needed to provide you with the Services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, you may request an account deletion by emailing email@example.com. We may retain and use your information as necessary to provide our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, to conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, and enforce our agreements, or if it is not technically reasonably feasible to remove it. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete Indexed Content or information from our servers’ files if you have that information in common with other users.
Messaging and Social Media
As part of its Services, Hydra enables Customers and their employees and associates who are granted access to the Customer’s sales team to send messages to outside parties through various channels. Hydra will never send a message on behalf of a Customer, their employees or associates without their permission. Hydra will also never post or take any similar action on a Customer’s, employee’s or associate’s social media pages without their permission.
The security of Customer Data, including personal data, is very important to Hydra. Hydra maintains a comprehensive, written information security program that contains industry standard, administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to Customer Data. Hydra designs its applications to allow Customers to achieve differentiated configurations, and enforce user access controls. Users are solely responsible for protecting their passwords, limiting access to their Devices, and signing out of the Services after their sessions.
Hydra may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to its information practices. If Hydra makes any material changes, Hydra will notify by means of a notice to Customers prior to the change becoming effective.
